Problem (Possibly) Solved
So, for about 3 or 4 weeks now, I've been having pain in the upper-right quadrant of my abdomen, especially after I eat. First, my appendix was suspect, however, my appendix is just fine. Next, my doctor suspected my gallbladder, possibly gall stones. So they did an ultrasound of my gallbladder, liver, pancreas, spleen and kidneys. The only thing that turned up was a small cyst on my left kidney which is no big deal and, apparently, quite common. So, yesterday I went and had a gallbladder scan. Apparently, my gallbladder's functioning has deteriorated, and my doctor also mentioned the word "chronic". Right now, I'm waiting to schedule a consultation with the surgeon to see if he believes that it would be best for the organ to just come out. Since I've been dealing with this for a month now, I really don't care what needs to be done, just as long as it's fixed so I don't have to worry about how much pain I'm going to be in if I eat a piece of pizza. The upside: I've lost a few pounds.
Also, as far as the whole job thing goes, I have an interview tomorrow and another on Monday. Hopefully one of these will be fruitful. Of course, if I need surgery, that may throw a kink into the whole job search process for a short while.

Suck, man. I hope the gallbladder thing gets cleared up without too much trouble. Congrats about the job interviews--it's nice even getting to that stage. So good luck with those and I hope all goes well!
