Why does this seem to be becoming a pattern? Last summer I had a terrible time trying to get to sleep at night. Back then I attributed it to having a new baby who liked to be fed and changed in the middle of the night. But now it's happening again. Right now the clock on my computer says 2:50am. I can tell that I'm tired, however my body simply won't relax enough to let me sleep. Sure, I could take a Tylenol PM like I have the past 2 nights and be guaranteed some sleep, however, I do not want to become reliant on a little blue and white pill for some Zs.

Fucking sucks. It's 2:55am.
